Next we will meet you on site to assess your block of land.
We will discuss house plans, designs and all options to maximise your new home in every aspect from the letterbox to the back fence.
DRAWINGS, PLANS, INCLUSIONS & PROCESS
Together we will meet up with our designer bring your thoughts and reams to life.
You will have floor plans, elevations, colours, inclusions and everything needed to start quoting your new home!
QUOTING AND REVIEW
Now that we have all your drawings, plans, materials, specifications, scope of works finalised. We can obtain quotes from our preferred builders that specialise in building your type of home or project.
We will do all the running around for you. We will contact them, meet with them, run through all your requirements and do all the follow up to obtain all the quotes ready to present to you our findings and best options to build your home.
BUILDER INTRODUCTION
Now that we have narrowed down the best builder for your home or project, we now arrange for you to meet them in person.
Here will discuss all options, timeframes, costings all the who, how, what, why, when and where's with our chosen builders.
You will have the opportunity to ask them absolutely anything at all which will help in your decision making to finalise and lock in your builder.
