When it comes to Property Development, we are a one stop shop in that we can help you source the right site under the guidance of our Town planning team, produce a Due Diligence Report on all costings including DA, Town Planning, Constructions - the lot, including the letterboxes. We have produces simple 1 into 2 lot developments both community title and full subdivision. We have even performed a 23 Lot Subdivision, performed the DA, tendered the 23 builds, produced a full marketing package and held a seminar/information night to prospective purchaser. We simply take care of everything for you!
