Your journey begins with a no-obligation meeting at your home, on-site or at a local cafe. View real examples of the dream homes we build, see genuine builder quotes to highlight the massive savings REXc Australia achieve and discuss inclusions and accurate figures for every aspect of your new home in order to guarantee that you’re on budget. We will then discuss your ideas and wish list and with your valuable input we will build up a comprehensive design brief. At this stage, we are now ready to prepare your obligation free concept plans.

 

We will present your detailed concept floor plan and elevation, carefully explaining the design & discussing any changes you may wish to make. The team at REXc Australia will have taken into account solar passive elements as well as your budget, design brief, shire requirements and the use of sound construction principles.

Work one on one with extremely experienced and talented designers, who have created literally thousands of beautiful homes. To ensure no miscommunication & the best possible results, one of our Director's will personally look after you throughout this process. REXc Australia use the most up to date drafting package available to provide direct solutions and swift turnaround times to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your perfect floor plan.

As an option we will even take you to view a LIFE-SIZE WALK-THROUGH of your new home to ensure it is absolutely perfect. REXc Australia will work tirelessly to ensure swift approval while we concentrate on selecting your builder.   

 We will complete your personalised detailed specification. This comprehensive tender document guarantees all builders quote apples for apples. Your approved plans and specification are sent for tendering to a range of builders that have all received our seal of approval for quality & service. Our unique tendering process ensures you receive the perfect builder at the best possible price for your new home.

Once quotes are received we meet to analyse each proposal and together we will select a shortlist of builders. Our tender system makes understanding your quotes as simple as ABC. Our unique tendering process provides your perfect specification at the lowest possible prices with no hidden surprises. REXc Australia then chair meetings with your shortlisted builders to discuss all aspects of the project. We arrange referrals from their current clients and quality inspection visits to existing projects. REXc Australia only select builders that have been recognised in industry awards. All are thoroughly checked and constantly monitored for performance. Our clients are able to make a fully informed decision on their final choice of builder.

Once you have chosen your builder and signed your Builders Contract REXc Australia will be by your side as often as you need us. Some clients are happy to continue directly with the builder themselves, while others want us actively involved throughout the whole construction period.
