WILL ALL QUOTES BE COMPARABLE?

Clients then select every component of their new home before tender, so the home quoted is the home you build. All builders will then price on exactly the same plan and specification and all quotes are presented on the same REXc Australia documentation. This is done not only for ease of comparison and to ensure all builders quote apples for apples, but we know this approach produces outstanding results.

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE BUILD QUALITY?
REXc Australia's panel of more than 40 builders is selected by rigorous investigation of their ability and stability. All builders invited to quote are Master Builders or HIA registered. Should you wish to nominate a builder of your own, they will have to meet our very strict criteria. You will be able to visit current and previous sites of any builder and to talk directly with the client about their performance. In short every REXc Australia builder knows the complete satisfaction of the client is the only way to win another REXc Australia project! Finally - To ensure total satisfaction REXc Australia's own registered Independent Building Inspector will visit your home and produce a full report outlining their findings on top of the chosen builder’s final inspection.
WILL YOU TENDER MY OWN PLANS?
We would love to chat with you about our NO WIN NO FEE tender only service, We GUARANTEE to beat any written quote that the client has received themselves or REXc Australia will not receive a fee. To begin we will analyse any current quotes you have attained or assist you to complete that process. REXc Australia will then prepare a detailed specification comparable to your current quotes. Once ready for tender your plans and spec will be sent to our award-winning builders. All builders will then price on exactly the same plan and specification and all quotes are presented on the same REXc Australia documentation. This is done for ease of comparison and to ensure all builders quote apples for apples. Its now simply a matter of how much REXc Australia will save you!
HOW WILL I KNOW I WILL GET PLANNING APPROVAL?
The short answer is EXPERIENCE. Everyone at REXc Australia and their suppliers are experienced professionals and together have built literally thousands of homes. You will work one on one with an in house residential designer, who will be responsible for compliance and submission. They will liaise with Town Planning and you as the client to gain approvals. Our team are fully conversant with codes and shire conditions and should it be required, we have access to senior town planning advice on demand at no additional cost. We will work diligently to ensure that the approval process is as painless and as swift as possible - You are in good hands with REXc Australia.
